Shipping policy

At Deals2Try, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second notification with tracking information will be sent as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard delivery across all supported regions:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (after dispatch)
  • Shipping Charges: Free standard shipping on eligible orders of ₹999 or more after discounts. Additional charges may apply to heavy or bulky items and will be shown at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Remote locations or unforeseen logistics delays may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
  • You can also view order information in your account or contact customer support with your order number.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately at  customercare@deals2try.com . Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the shipping destination.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In-Transit Issues: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
